Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. We journey through untouched places within the Earth and the Cosmos with Quartz Crystal sound bowls, powerful Solar Flare Gong frequencies, sacred Native American Flute melodies, and more!

Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. Quartz Crystal bowls mirror the crystalline structure in bones, tissues, organs, all the way down into human DNA for healing at the root. A sound bath with Quartz crystal bowls offer an array of physical and spiritual healing responses:
