Below you will find all the information you need about our wildly popular flower arranging classes!

*Please note: This is a one-night class, held on multiple dates. Each class is roughly 90-120 minutes long, and $219.00 per person.

What to expect: The goal of our floral design workshops is to inspire your imagination, enrich your knowledge of flowers, and teach you tips that will give you the skills and self-confidence you need to create beautiful flower arrangements at home.

What you will learn: This is a comprehensive, but beginner-friendly workshop that will teach you how to select store-bought flowers, how to condition them, and show you step-by-step how to create a floral arrangement that looks professional. No previous floral design experience is necessary, as a member from the Fresh Flower Bar team will guide the class through the entire design process from beginning to end.

What to bring: Just your enthusiasm! We provide all the seasonal flowers and foliage, vases, and tools you need to create a beautiful, professional-looking flower arrangement to take home and enjoy.

Food and Beverages: Refreshments such as prosecco, white and red wine, sparkling water, and a charcuterie board will be provided. However, feel free to bring anything else you want to eat and drink!

Fee: Workshop tickets are $219.00 per person, and full payment via EventBrite (or a gift card from our online store www.freshflowerbar.com) is required prior to the workshop.

How to Reserve your Seat: Our workshop tickets are sold via EventBrite, with workshop dates added approximately 2-3 weeks in advance. If you have a gift card, please call our studio at (203) 800-3830to redeem your gift card to secure your spot in class. Please call ahead 203-800-3830to reserve your seat as we do not accept "walk-ins."

Refund Policy: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we DO NOT offer refunds, however, tickets are transferable to another person on the same date of the workshop you signed up for.

Cancellation Policy: If at the last minute, you cannot attend the workshop, you can transfer your seat to someone who can attend in your place on the same date of the workshop you signed up for. If you cannot find a person to attend in your absence, the fee is non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers, however the flowers are yours to pick up the following day.

Workshop Location: Fresh Flower Bar is located at 1301 Bronson Road in Fairfield, CT 06824. Our Floral Design Studio is located in the loft area of the modern black barn. We are happily co-located with Outdoor Design and Living and there is plenty of free parking!

Time and Length of Workshop: We typically schedule our workshops on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm - 7:30pm, this workshop is suitable for students to come alone or with friends. If you are interested in reserving a private event, please scroll down for more information.

Class Size: Our public workshops have a maximum of ten (10) people. For larger groups, we can hold our workshops outside, weather permitting. Please note, these workshops are for those aged 12+ (infants and children under the age of 12 are not permitted).

Private Workshops - Interested in hosting a private event? That sounds awesome! If you would like to book a group for a special occasion such as a birthday, bridal shower or baby shower - or if you just want a night out with friends, please call/text us at (203) 800-3830or email us at [email protected] more information. We can customize a group workshop with special requests for a specific theme or flower types (depending on seasonal availability). In most cases we can schedule a specific date and time as long as there is a minimum of ten (10) people registered and we can accommodate groups up to sixteen (16) people! We also travel to other venues, restaurants, and people's homes to hold workshops, though there is an additional travel and transportation fee that will be assessed during our consultation.
