Flower Arrangement Workshop with La Beau Fleurs | Location TBC | 12pm-1pm
This lunch time get a break away from your screen, tap into your creative side and join us for a calming workshop with Rachel from La Beau Fleurs.
You will put together your own seasonal arrangement to take away with you, to brighten up your home or gift to someone special and cheer them up!
Flower arranging is proven to help reduce stress and anxiety. Working with uplifting colours and a variety of textures and fragrances helps participants to relax, shut off and helps them to feel closer to nature.
Spaces are £5 per person- all monies raised will be donated to our Community Partner of the year Peace and Mind UK.
