Flow yoga on Mondays 9 am and Wednesdays 4.30 pm with Dea.Start your afternoon flowing to the rhythm of your breath and getting your heart rate up!
Flow Yoga is a vinyasa-inspired class with lots of nice stretches and strengthening movements to energise the body. We will focus on the flow between poses and discover new transitions to move around on the yoga mat!
Join us for an empowering Flow Yoga class that sets the tone for a vibrant week ahead!
Everybody is welcome and you don’t need yoga experience to join the class.
