FLOW YOGA indoors

I am very pleased to invite you to my FLOW YOGA CLASS in my Homestudio BLAUMEER ?‍♀️

This class will be indoors, in a cosy bright room, in my private studio.

I offer a dynamic, fluid practice based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Release Technique.

The class is in English and/or Spanish depending on the audience.

?Meeting Point: BLAUMEER (GÒTIC) I will send you the location, once you confirm your attendance.

? All levels. Beginners welcome. Bring your mat (or rent one for 1€) and a warm sweater and socks for the final relaxation.
