Flow Yoga is an intermediate vinyasa with an all levels approach, offering a perspective of moving from the simple to the complexity of the practice. Flow Yoga classes are strong, but accessible yoga sequences rooted in the foundation of breath leading the body and offering of modifications to move away from intensity but also offering options for advanced postures. This class will cover essential yoga postures. Class will utilize the natural warmth of the room, controlled breathing, core work, and other fluid sequences to work towards a sweaty and satisfying balanced practice. Facing the rising or lowering sun, we offer a time for intention and an opportunity to set the tone for our life off the mat. Intermediate level with modifications offered.
