Warm up with 25 minutes of Power Yoga and then enjoy an extra-long set of restorative and relaxing poses (Yin). This 50-minute class will cultivate a balance between power and depth. It is the best of both worlds; movement and a deep stretch. Flow and Yin will leave you feeling strong, stretched, and relaxed by the end of class.
