'FLOW' is a writing day retreat to guide you back home to yourself.
Let's spend the day playing with a series of creative writing prompts + supportive somatic practice to encourage authentic self expression, spark your creativity, and connect with your intuitive flow.
We'll breathe, write, share, lounge in creative energy - with a lunch break, an integrative closing ritual, and some shiny surprises of course :)
The intention for FLOW is to create space and time for self connection, have FUN, meet a circle of fellow brave ones, and come out more in tune with who you are and where you're going next.
Zo Flamenbaum, who's been facilitating self development spaces for over a decade, will guide you on a nourishing mind + body journey to meet yourself, heart to paper.
For writers and non-writers alike. If you are seeking space to reflect and connect to yourself and others, join us. If you are amidst a specific project, hoping to start, or are just ready to try something new and powerful, join us.

Zo founded School of Shine, a women's self leadership resource and community, based on her own journey and need for meaningful connection, deep conversation, and a supportive sisterhood - and she infuses that into everything she does.
