Join us for a 60 minute outdoor yoga flow event in partnership with Make Ready Market, Happier Movements, and Move for Hunger. Stay after the flow for an opportunity to connect over coffee, mini bouquets, and fun giveaways!

♥️ The Details ♥️

Date: Sunday, February 9th

Time: Check in starts at 10:40 am with the yoga flow starting promptly at 11:00 am. Coffee, bouquets, and giveaways to follow immediately after!

The Space: The event will take place at Make Ready Market right outside the food hall on the outdoor courtyard.

Parking: There is ample free street parking around the venue as well as a parking lot across the street at 827 Broadway that offers one hour of free parking!

Please plan to arrive 10-20 minutes earlier than the flow start time to find parking, check in, and set up. All you need is a mat, water, and your intention to flow with love!

Lisa Robertson has taught group fitness for five years, loves organizing events, and has a heart for helping others! Her extensive work in the nonprofit industry over the last decade combined with her passion for health and wellness has led her to running the 2025 New York City Half Marathon with team Move for Hunger! As part of the team, she is commited to raising $1,300 for Move for Hunger. By attending Flow with Love, you are directly contributing to fighting hunger and providing meals to families and communities in need!

Alexa Huerta is the founder and owner of Happier Movements, a wellness brand dedicated to helping individuals find bliss and balance through mindful movement. With a passion for Yoga, Pilates, and holistic well-being, Alexa combines her expertise with a compassionate approach to inspire her clients to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Her mission is to empower others to connect with their bodies, build confidence, breathe with presence, embrace the beauty of balance and live a happier life.
