Flow through ease, then melt into stillness.Flow to Restore is a deeply nourishing yoga experience that bridges gentle, mindful movement with restful stillness. We begin with a slow-flow vinyasa sequence designed to release tension, increase mobility, and cultivate body awareness. This intentional movement helps open the body and prepare the mind for deeper relaxation.
As we transition from flow to stillness, the class moves into restorative yoga postures, supported by props to encourage a complete surrender of effort. Breathwork, guided meditation, or yoga nidra may be woven in to further calm the nervous system and support emotional balance.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to decompress, reconnect, and reset — especially at the end of a long day or week. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Flow to Restore offers a safe space to move gently and rest deeply.
