If you have ever felt down for not achieving your resolutions or goals, but then realized there must be a better way, this may be the new year workshop for you.
Winter itself is an ideal time for slowing down and taking time to both nourish ourselves and invest in the things we are inspired by. It is not a time for pushing ourselves beyond what our sweet lil animal of a body wants…unless of course that is what we TRULY want. Do we really though?
We are all wired differently. We are all also influenced by others’ expectations and what we THINK we should want.
When we truly know who we are, and work to align and support that wisdom through right-action, we find ourselves connected and in flow more often.
Join Ms Anna Lee for an afternoon of replacing goal-setting with flow-setting for the new year. We will map the nature and cosmic cycles of the year, while also using our Human Design charts to get real about how we should be prioritizing our energy for optimal ease and responsiveness to our circles.
