Flow Run Club is all about community, joy in movement, and supporting each other to become better runners—whatever that means for you. Your only competition is yourself.

We explore new routes each week, running through the city centre and out into the beautiful canal paths and surrounding green spaces.

This is a fantastic place to meet friendly, like-minded people and be welcomed into a running community—no matter your pace or experience.

• 🟢 Social Run – A relaxed, conversational 5K suitable for all levels.
• 🔵 Tempo Team – A faster-paced group run immediately after the Social, perfect if you're looking to push yourself a bit more.
