Start your Sunday with a 60-minute all-levels FlowWell yoga class surrounded by community, then stay for a day party in your athletic clothes. No need to dress up — just move, vibe, and celebrate with us.

What to Expect
- 11AM: Doors open
- 11:30-12:30PM: Yoga Class
- 12:30PM–3PM: Day party takeover
- Food + drinks available for purchase onsite
- Athletic wear encouraged — come as you are
