FLOW JAMS ARE BACK!! What’s a Flow Jam? A gathering for local flow artists & flow curious to come together for freestyle practice & skill sharing. The flow arts can be ANY movement that induces the flow state. Examples might be yoga, hooping, poi, contact staff, freestyle dance, etc.
Hosted by DJ Skweeble & Charity aka Knoxville Hoop Mama, who will be selling a variety of decorative hula hoops for all sizes. Props are also provided for use while at flow jam. Come find your flow with us & make new friends!

Cover: $10 adults or $5 (kids under 12)
Payments: cash, cash app or Apple Pay only.
We will bring a bonfire 🔥 pit, pokers for marshmallows, plates & chairs next month if you all will bring the S’mores. We need marshmallows, chocolate & graham crackers. Sign up below & tell us what you can bring. (Bonus for organic/healthier ingredients.)
