Join us for an evening of mindful movement and deep rest in this special 75-minute class. We’ll begin with a gentle, heart-opening 45-minute flow to release tension and reconnect with your body, followed by 30 minutes of soothing sound healing to guide you into a state of stillness and inner calm.
This class is designed to help you reset your energy, quiet the mind, and restore balance from the inside out. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this soulful experience offers the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and vibrational healing.
