Topic: Join me (Jamie) for West Coast style dips. I’ll be teaching safe, self-supported dips - anyone can dip or be dipped! Be prepared for a thigh workout. The lesson will include multiple dip entries, follower arm stylings, and dip variations including the shovel (ooh! ahh!). All these mysteries and more will be revealed on Thursday, October 3 at 7 PM 🔮✨
