Flow for a Cause - Charity Wellness Event

Step into a world where kindness knows no bounds, and compassion becomes a powerful force for change. Together, let's make a difference and spread love in our community.

Pasadena Humane is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting compassion and care for all animals. They are located in California, where many animals were highly effected by all the wild fires. They need help and together we can make a differnece and impact by sending them our love from Chicago.

Devoting our practice on our mats for one afternoon may seeem so little to us, but can be so big for them. So come flow, breathe, and meditate with us (with an invigorating series) as we share our intention with high levels of compassion to help save the animals in need!

This event is hosted and led my Michelle Bisconti Founder of Flow Fiercely. And Partnered with Kriser's Natural Pet to help make a difference.

100% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Pasadena Humane Organization. Together we can make a difference! <3

CLASS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 4:30 PM PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY TO SIGN IN & SETTLE INTO YOUR SPACE :)

Info: Come early to sign in, settle into your space, visit Kriser's, and just breathe. Class will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. :)

Info: Take this time to flow, breathe, settle in and connect with your highest self. A gentle flow, breath-work, & meditation series to nourish your mind, body, and soul. You'll walk away feeling rejuvenated and recharged.

Info: Kriser's will be joining us with some fun goodies, treats for your pets to take home, swag and raffle prizes! :)
