The class is a Free-Moving Meditation Practice, which encourages self- expression & discovery. It is structured differently to Ecstatic dance. It allows you to explore and express how you feel through sound, my guidance & movement. There are no steps to learn so no pressure, making it easier to relax, allowing the body and mind to get into a state of flow. What do you bring? An open mind, your curiosity along with a water bottle 35-45 mins of Flow ‘Moving with and embodying the feminine’ with oracle cards and mandala integration at the end (1 hr total) $24 pp
