Join me for a progressive series at the Fly Loft. This will be a vinyasa-style flow that is focused on building heat and opening so that you can grow your practice. By attending the weekly flow, you will build up to a peak pose in a way that is safe and makes sense for your body and comfort-level.
Our focus in July will be hip opening and strength with the goal of building up to compass pose and the option to explore eight-angle pose in week four.
// Modifications will be offered and peak poses are entirely optional.
// Any practitioner with a basic understanding of vinyasa-based practice is welcome to join.
Investment for the series is $60 and is due to Sandi via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App upon receipt of invoicing email.
