In this class, you’ll unlock fresh ways to move your body through essential

hula hoop techniques that build the foundation for your personal flow

journey. Together, we'll dive into a variety of foundational tricks, both on

and off body, including weaves, flowers, isolations, escalators, wraps, rolls,

and much more.  

Together we'll explore a variety of hoop tricks, plus fun variations and

creative ways to blend them together! Designed with beginners in mind, this

class is perfect if you’ve never picked up a hula hoop before.
