Flow & Self-Love Workshop

At the outdoor workshop we’ll open a safe and nurturing space where you can move, meditate, explore the beautiful rhythm of your cycle, and connect with like-minded people.

The practice of self-love will be a key element in this workshop, as I believe it’s essential for building a healthy and loving relationship with yourself.

This gathering is not only for women — men and people of all genders are warmly welcome to join and learn more about the feminine cycle. 🌿

What to expect:

🧘‍♀️ 75-minute gentle yoga practice

💗 Guided self-love meditation

🌕 Learn about your cycle’s four phases + syncing tips

☕ Reflection & sharing (while sipping delicious tea)

As this is an outdoor event, restrooms will not be available — but there’s plenty of forest around. 😉
