Our dynamic & soothing Flow & Restore yoga class, is now being offered as a Second Sunday class. Same incredible class and flow with the extended restorative savasana all creatively aligned by
Dr. Amanda Collier.
*Beginner friendly class & for all those not sure of trying yoga, this is the class for you!
Dr. Amanda is one of our amazing local Chiropractors & a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Restorative yoga.
Class structure: 45 minutes of vinyasa and a 15 minute restorative pose!
