Flow & Let Go Yoga with Sound Healing

This class is designed to transform and inspire you through a lighthearted and playful flow using your physical vessel to access and manifest the liberation of both body and spirit.

An accessible series of Yoga poses will be synchronized to the serene sounds and deep vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls. This combination will promote a state of stillness and you will emerge renewed and revitalized.

Each movement will cultivate rhythmic, fluid expression using fun sequencing layered with breath and transitional postures. Students of all levels can join. Modifications will be offered.
