Flow & Grow: Yoga and Networking for women in professional services

Hi! We are Women 4 Women UK, a vibrant community dedicated to empowering women in professional services, particularly in finance and technology. Our mission is to connect, upskill, and empower women through a range of workshops, networking events, and now, our exciting new monthly yoga sessions, each focused on a different element of holistic well-being.

This month, we're focusing on the theme of Reconnecting with Yourself. Join us for a rejuvenating hour of yoga with the wonderful Eva Syti, designed to bring your body, mind, and soul into harmony. Following the yoga session, enjoy an hour of networking with like-minded women, complemented by delicious nibbles and refreshing beverages.

Tickets
Ticket prices start at £16 (+Eventbrite fee), including all refreshments and nibbles. If you wish to contribute more, we offer alternative pricing options, with all profits reinvested into running these events.

About the Instructor
Eva (ig: @_evaciland) is a dedicated Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher who emphasizes holistic well-being through her practice. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony, offering a balanced approach that nurtures the whole self. By integrating Pilates and using props, Eva enhances flexibility and mobility, ensuring that each session is accessible to all levels. In addition to physical practice, she incorporates breath work, meditation, and visualization techniques to deepen self-awareness and help students connect with the present moment. Eva's teaching philosophy is rooted in empowering individuals to achieve a harmonious balance in their lives.

Women 4 Women (ig: @women4women_uk) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to empowering women in finance and technology. With a network of over 700 members, we provide a supportive platform for connection, collaboration, and growth. Founded by industry leaders Nastja Konic and Tetyana Golovata, we offer a space where women can build connections, upskill through targeted workshops, and support each other through our soon-to-launch mentorship programme.
