About this Event

Our Flow & Go: December Dash kicks off with lululemon legacy ambassador, Jamie DePaola for run club from 6 PM -7 PM. All paces are welcome, whether you're an experienced runner or just looking to get moving.

Then, from 7-8 PM, transition into flow and a sound bath with our lululemon ambassador, Alyssa Nemes. We'll wind down with a gentle yoga flow to stretch out and release any tension, accompanied by a soothing sound bath to help you relax deeply and reset.

Our goal is youe leave feeling balanced, recharged, and ready to embrace the season with calm energy. This is the perfect way to meet new people, get active, and find a moment of peace amidst the holiday hustle.
