Join us at We The People, with instructor, Ashley Barron, for an invigorating 45-minute yoga flow that will leave you feeling centered and energized. Whether you're a yoga enthusiast or just getting started, this session is designed for all levels. Afterward, stay for mingling and enjoy delicious coffee provided by Groundswell, connecting with new friends and fellow yoga lovers. It’s the perfect way to relax, recharge, and make meaningful connections in a casual, welcoming atmosphere.
