Flow & Fright is a lighthearted all-levels yoga celebration designed to bring kids, parents, and community members together. We will move through energizing poses, silly festive movement games, and easy breathing exercises set to a fun Halloween soundtrack. Whether you are striking a posture as a wicked witch, a superhero, or a skeleton, this class is all about enjoying movement together without taking ourselves too seriously.
Open to all ages and experience levels. Children, adults, and families are all welcome.
Costumes are highly encouraged! Just make sure your outfit allows you to stretch and move safely on your mat. Grab your favorite costume, bring your crew, and join us for a hauntingly good time on the mat.
