FLOW & FORM: A Pilates and Pottery Painting Experience

Join us for Flow & Form, an intimate wellness and creative experience designed to bring together mindful movement, artistic expression, and community.

This thoughtfully curated event begins with a 40-minute Pilates flow led by MoveWithVida, focused on grounding the body, building strength, and connecting breath to movement. Mats will be provided, and the class is accessible for all levels.

Following Pilates, guests will enjoy a social refreshment break and receive a curated wellness goodie bag valued at over $100. We’ll then transition into a guided pottery mug painting session hosted by Gasper Art Center.

All materials will be provided, including your ceramic mug, paints, and tools. Once completed, your mug will remain with the studio to be professionally glazed and fired, and will be available for pickup at a later date.

No prior Pilates or painting experience is required this experience is designed to be welcoming, creative, and restorative.
