Join us for a vibrant celebration of empowerment, wellness, and community at Flow and Flourish—an International Women’s Day event that brings together the strength and spirit of women from all walks of life.
We’ll kick off the day with a FREE yoga class designed to help you center your mind, body, and soul. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace the power within.
Following the yoga session, we’re excited to host Arkansas Women's Outreach’s largest packing party ever! Together, we'll pack our period packs, that will then be distributed across the state. This collaborative effort is an opportunity to give back to the community while connecting with other like-minded individuals. Your time and energy will make a significant impact, as every packed item goes directly to supporting local women and families in their journey toward stability and success.
This event is all about flowing with purpose, flourishing in unity, and celebrating the incredible women who make a difference every day. Bring your friends, family, and positive energy as we honor International Women's Day through movement, service, and sisterhood.
