FLOW & FIGHT is back!April 28th noon TRVFIT Flint
Flow & Fight is a one of a kind event.
Event arrival begins with coffee and baked goods with TRVNUTRITION protein.
We start the party with a yoga warm up flow, and then transition into an epic partner challenge (if you dont have a partner thats okay!).
After the workout we guide individuals through ice tub immersion and heat it back up in a mobile sauna.
Afterwards we keep the human connection flowing with provided adult beverages!
We cap and sell out each event so dont wait to register yourself for this epic day.
