EVERY MONDAY EVE FROM 7:30 TO 8:30PM! Understanding how to approach various yoga shapes in a multitude of ways gives students the opportunity to better understand how they can open up and broaden their own yoga practice. In this new class, Melissa will invite the exploration of several shapes each week, and we will flow through how students can discover which approach to each shape works best for them.
This class will incorporate a flow of various sun salutations to prepare the body to dive deeper into our expression of each shape. We will use blocks, the wall, and even the aerial silks to support movement and discovery.
