Come and join Laura from Coffee Cake Create and Alana Performance Artist for a movement meditation hula hoop workshop plus a fun and relaxing mindful colouring session in nature! 🎨✨ perfect for those who may be facing mental health challenges or trauma

Move, create, and enjoy a feel-good afternoon—definitely not one to miss!
This session is designed for adults, but little ones are welcome to join in too 🙂 we will meet you outside Hasland Village Hall at 2pm, £5 per Adult which is to be paid in cash on the day 🙂 kids are free.
