FLOURISH: Compassion Fatigue in the Recovery Workforce

This series will help professionals identify practical and sustainable ways to practice empathy and compassion, both with our clients and with ourselves. In Part Two, Barbara Mooney, LCSW, will teach professionals to identify early warning signs of compassion fatigue and apply realistic, nervous-system-based self-care practices. Participants will explore myths that increase shame and self-blame and practice implementing experiential regulation strategies that can be used at work.

There are two session options, 10 am - 12 pm OR 1 pm - 3 pm. Each participant only needs to attend one session to recieve two hours of continuing education credits.
