The session begins with Elemental Rhythm Breathwork with Luce of Alchemy Healing Within.

The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience (ERBE) is a deep breathing journey taking the participant through an impactful and profound experience.

The ERBE will have you breathing with the elements to achieve a deep meditative state that will allow you to raise your vibration, connect with yourself, find clarity, and heal your heart.

What to bring:

Comfortable mat to lay upon, blankets, pillows, eye mask, water and a grounding snack.
Doors close at 6pm promptly and no one will be admitted once closed. No refunds will be given due to lack of attendance.
