Flourish: A Yoga + Sound Journey

Join me for an evening of connection in mind, body, and soul. We will begin with a community share circle to check in and bring our intentions into the space. We will then move in to some guided restorative yoga and breath awareness, leading us down into Shavasna for a soothing sound bath to promote deep rest.

All levels are welcome to join us! Please bring yoga mats, blankets, or other comfort items to enjoy the event. Light refreshments, tea, and journals will be provided.
