This event is FREE to attend; however, if you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, we do request that you cancel your order so that we can accommodate walk-ins.

Come dressed to move and bring your yoga mat! Street parking only.

Arrive and settle at 12 Noon. Our program begins at 12:15 with our panel and Q&A. Mingle with our experts and other guests while you enjoy light refreshments and bid on our silent auction items generously donated by our panelists! Strengthen your core with some gentle mat Pilates, and stick around to see if you won your preferred silent auction prize(s)!
