This class is taught by Yadira Bellido, an award-winning, full-time bilingual REALTOR and Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor. This is a FREE class open to all agents. About the Instructor: Yadira Bellido is an award-winning, full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) REALTOR® and Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor who has been making her client's dreams a reality. Yadira’s knowledge and experience in real estate investing and property management provide her a unique view of real estate market trends that she shares with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires. As a long-time resident of Tampa, Yadira sells residential and commercial properties in the Pinellas and Tampa Bay area. Specializing in 1st time home buyers, new homes, relocation, and pre-foreclosures her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients.

As an agent with Impact Realty, Yadira utilizes exclusive marketing tools to widely expose her listings across the internet showing each property to its best advantage and ensuring each home stands apart from its competition. Yadira earned a bachelor’s in organizational leadership, and despite of her extensive experience, she frequently attends training to stay on the cutting edge of her industry. Success in this business takes hard work and Yadira has had the honor of earning several awards throughout her career including top sales and quality assurance.

Yadira is a member of the Greater Tampa (GTR), Florida (FAR), and National Association of Realtors® (NAR) in addition to the My Florida Multiple Listing Service (MFRMLS) and is a board member of the 1 by 1 Foundation. She volunteers in her community and helps others achieve their goals and dreams. Her humanitarian work in different parts of the world including Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Mexico involve helping to train leaders to build and create thriving communities and education opportunities.

Yadira understands the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling, and relocation process and strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients. A native to Puerto Rico, family and friends who become family are a very important part of her everyday life. She enjoys spending time eating, dancing, being at the beach and participating in the Tough Mudder Runs in support of the Wounded Warrior Project.
