Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Check-in with the registration desk upon arrival and confirm attendance. Receive session materials, including passport, handouts (PHB), and any applicable resources. We ask that you engage actively and respectfully in group discussions and activities. Please silence or mute mobile phones during the session to minimize disruptions. If you have any questions or concerns to the session facilitator or designated staff, please direct them to staff. Once the session is complete, we ask that you provide feedback, if requested at the end of each session. You are invited to share any suggestions for improvement to help enhance future sessions. Please inform staff if assistance is needed, such as accessing additional resources, referrals, or follow-ups.
