Florence Dore: Songwriter, Singer, Author, Speaker with a Traveling Public Humanities ProgramProfessor by day and rock star by night, Florence Dore is a unique brand of public intellectual.A singer-songwriter touring her new album, Highways and Rocketships, Florence is also scheduling talks at Humanities Centers and in academic departments along the way. Together, the concerts and talks formpart of a traveling public humanities series entitled InkLIVE. Twice a fellow at the National Humanities Center, Florence is professor of English at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,teaching courses in both the American novel and songwriting. Florence is on the Steering Committee of the Post45 Collective and is a founding member of the board at the Bob Dylan Institute at theUniversity of Tulsa; she performs as a musician and has organized conferences at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the National Humanities Center in North Carolina.

Dave Marr is a singer-songwriter based in Athens, Georgia. He released two albums as frontman of the acclaimed alt-country band The Star Room Boys during the late 1990s and early 2000s.Dave's first solo album, We Were All in Love, was released in 2016 as a limited-edition CD.Dave currently plays with Bo Bedingfield, Don Chambers, Alan Flurry, Brandon Reynolds, and Thayer Sarrano.
