Enjoy a very special day out at this private retreat location making new friends, trying something new and most of all - taking time to unwind, relax and find a sanctuary of nurturing activites that promote confidence, peace - and happiness!
You will enjoy a warm 'meet & greet' at the beginning of the day and then be introduced to your group with whome you will enjoy a rotation of 3 activites with our expert tutors:
Sally for Yoga,
Elena for Singing
Sandy for Jazz Dance.
There is an additional feature to the day which is a one to one session of Reiki Healing with our Master, Ria. This will be separate to the other activites and charged separately.
We will reconvene as a whole group at lunch time and for our end of day 'celebration' and cream tea, which we expect to finish at 4.30pm.
Lunch and the cream tea is included in the price of the day as is 'help your self' tea and coffee in out rest room.
Main features of the day:
Private and tranquil retreat location in a scenic Northamptonshire Village
Option to stay at our venue over night
No previous experience of our activities is required - all tutors are skilled at managing mixed groups
Buffet lunch provided
Cream Tea provided
Whole group celebration at the end of the day
Licensee on the premises should you like a glass of wine (pay separately)
Optional Reiki Healing (separate payment)
This is a small more intimate retreat with 30 places available so space is limited.
Introductory price of £65 all inclusive - less wine and Reiki.
There is a lot of detail on the booking form so start your retreat now - grab a coffee, pop your feet up and have a read, and take the first step towards a happier you.
