We're back for our second workshop! Join Leesa and I for 2 hours of foundational floor work dance and choreography.
1 hour of Floor work Foundations
1 hour of Choreography
BEGINNERS WELCOME
We want to invite all the ladies to join us in a fun empowering environment where everyone can connect with their divine creative feminine energy.
Floor work is easier than it looks, empowering and a great work out. We will teach an hour of basic techniques in a low pressure, free flow environment, prefect for first timers or perfecting what you already know. After, we will teach choreography that you make your own (as easy or challenging as you like) and practice what you learned.
We hope you join us in an empowering and fun environment with a great group of women because nothing feels better than going across the floor! Come out and try something new.
