Recommended Sluttire: Pants, knee pads, heels or socks. We will be sliding on the floor so you'll need lots of skin coverage.

Sultry, floor based movements without the use of the apparatus. This workshop is designed for students who have some experience with floorwork, heels, or dance in general. We will be breaking down some simple movements and adding interesting transitions.
