NRG Ballroom is thrilled to welcome Charles Torres for a one of a kind Floor - Barre Class this Saturday, June 19th at 4pm. This is an amazing class that focuses on body alignment and injury prevention. $20 per person
Charles Torres is fully certified by the Zena Rommett foundation to teach this remarkable class to all ages, dancers, non-dancers, and to those with injuries or rehabilitation issues. Take time to realign, refresh and reinvigorate yourself for your day.
Charles Torres is currently a ballet master/coach in demand throughout the country. He was a principal dancer and guest artist with Ballet West Arizona, Smuin Ballet, Sacramento Ballet, and San Francisco Opera Ballet. He has danced all the great full length ballets and a vast repertory of contemporary works. Charles received his Masters degree in 21st Century Leadership from St. Mary's College and recently became Floor Barre certified through the Zena Rommett foundation. He is currently A free-lance guest dancer, ballet master, coach, mentor, and is at SAN FRANCISCO dance center (Lines), Marin Conservatory of Dance, DSG in San Francisco and San Rafael. Co-Artistic Director at Stapleton School of Performing Arts and teaches at DSG studios in San Francisco.
