About this Event
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will share plans and progress on neighborhood sewer infrastructure and policy, including the Bond-Lorraine Sewer, the 4th Ave Sewer, implementation of the Unified Stormwater Rule, and the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) tanks. DEP will also provide free flood preparedness kits that include a sump pump, flood barriers, and flood sensor alarm. RSVP is required to receive a free flood kit.*
* To receive your free storm kit, you must RSVP for the meeting and stay for the full presentation. One kit per household while supplies last. Must live in a basement apartment, own a home with a basement, manage properties with a basement to be eligible for a kit.
