Floating Soundbath Meditation

Join us for a unique relaxation practice that combines the weightless comfort of floating in water with the deeply calming vibrations of sound, from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Participants float on an air mattress while being guided into a deeply relaxed, meditative state, promoting stress reduction, physical relaxation, and a sense of harmony. Guests may also choose to relax on a stationary chaise lounge rather than floating.
Guests are invited to stay after for tea, community and conversation.
