Floating Sound Bath Winter Solstice

Take a break from busy city life and immerse yourself in a relaxing sound bath on a boat at a secret location in East London. 

This sound bath will begin with a guided meditation to relax the body and arrive into the space. Monique will gently weave in vibrations from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, the gong, medicine drums, chimes and more.

BRING:

Blanket, pillow, bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable lying down for an hour. Including wearing comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are provided.
