The way the silks hug your body creates a deep state of relaxation. It allows your nervous system to unwind & your body to completely relax into the support
You can feel the vibrations of sound travel right through your body as the musicians play the bowls underneath you and around you. It is a 3-dimensional experience while you’re floating in the air
The feeling of deep peacefulness and serenity as you emerge from the experience
We use a variety of singing bowls and instruments, as well as a gong. The setup is truly amazing with a beautiful ambiance
