Floating Sound Bath at The Whitley

Step into stillness and begin the new year in a state of deep relaxation and renewal.

Join us for a 60-minute floating sound bath led by Shelby Adina, a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and realign your energy. Guests will float effortlessly in our heated indoor saline pool while being immersed in therapeutic sound frequencies that encourage deep rest, inner spaciousness, and a gentle reset.

This immersive experience invites you to slow down, unwind, and intentionally welcome the new year in a grounded, peaceful state.

Non-floating guests are also welcome to enjoy the sound bath from a comfortable, supported position along the pool deck.
