The human body is like an orchestra, the cells are like an instrument, and our consciousness is like a musician. Sound healing uses sounds and instruments to tune dissonant frequencies in the body and mind and harmonize them.
Each tone and frequency affects us in a specific way–activating a different energy center, chakra, and organ system within the body. For inexperienced meditators, sound healing is more accessible than silent meditation because the sounds are a beautiful focal point, making it easier to clear and focus the mind.
This workshop provides several potent tools that can help us influence our frequency through practicing breathing exercises, vocal toning, and a floating sound bath in our antigravity hammocks. The melodic sounds of crystal singing bowls, antique metal singing bowls, wooden drone flutes, tongue drums, and chimes will accompany all these exercises. Join our Ecstatic Dance community gathering, where you can express yourself through movement and art in a playful space.
Whether you want to let loose or connect with others on a deeper level, our barefoot, non-verbal space will provide the perfect environment for your inner artist to thrive. We encourage participants to use the ecstatic dance space as a creative outlet for self-expression, authentic connections, and a healthy dose of sweat.
Our dance/movement space is inspiring and uplifting, without talking or alcohol.

When on the dance floor, there is no talking allowed.
This is a substance-free environment.
