Our zero gravity chairs (35 x 26 x 43 inches) are designed to support full-body relaxation by gently reclining guests into a comfortable, pressure-relieving position. With a 300-pound weight capacity, they provide a stable and accessible seating option, enhancing comfort while allowing guests to fully settle into the sound therapy experience.💆‍♀️ Small Group Setting – Limited to just six participants for a more personal experience.

This Sound Bath will feature Crystal Singing Bowls and various other instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.

Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:15 pm. Please do not knock.
